What to Expect
As a new client at Invermere Veterinary Hospital or our Golden Clinic, you can expect superior care and excellent service. Our enthusiastic and compassionate team strives to provide personalized care, because we value long-term relationships with our clients and their pets. If you are new to the Valley, please call us at (250) 342-7007 and one of Client Care Representatives will be happy to answer any of your questions.
When you arrive, you will be warmly greeted by our Client Care Team. If you have previous records of your pet’s health that you would like added to your file, we will gladly do that for you.
Just as in the human medical practice, we will need a weight on your pet before we take you into an examination room. One of our qualified Veterinarians will join you in the exam room to assess your pet and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Our goal is to see ALL of our clients and patients on time. Although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected creates delays. We assure you that your pet will receive the same thorough care and consideration as the previous patient. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

COVID-19– Currently in the interest of safety for our clients, patients, and staff we are currently only allowing patients into the clinic. The Veterinarians call the clients during the examination to answer any questions/concerns and to review any treatment plans that may be required. Our Client Care Team will communicate the details on our protocol when the appointment is being booked.
