This past year we have had many challenges and changes. Our Client Care Team is the first and last point of contact for our clients and their pets. Our Team of professionals has done and continues to do an outstanding job at communicating, educating, and most importantly assisting our clients to understand our new protocols and the “whys”. They are the “Gatekeepers” that keep us all on track whilst still ensuring our clients and patients’ needs are met.
We THANK and APPRECIATE each of you for the many things you do daily, and this year more than ever as you have had to maneuver through many changes and always just get it all done!
